These are the rules for using Sukoshi Tako ("the app"). By using the app you agree to them.
What is not allowed
Your display name and the way you paint your body are visible to other people. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Do not:
- Use a name or painting that is discriminatory, sexual, violent, or otherwise objectionable
- Threaten or harass anyone, or share information that identifies a person
- Modify the app, automate it, or put load on the servers
- Break the law
What we do
In worldwide mode you can report an objectionable hiding spot from the result screen. A reported hiding spot is hidden right away and reviewed by us. We remove content that violates these terms without notice. For repeated violations we may stop that player from leaving hiding spots in worldwide mode. Reports are accepted on the Support page and reviewed within 24 hours.
Price
The app is free, with no ads and no in-app purchases. You pay your own data charges.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available or that data will be kept. We may change or end the service. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the app.
